Anyone know any good recipes for strawberry pie?

Entirely from scratch--I need to make the pie crust, too.But not *entirely* from scratch--I mean, I'm not going to invent a universe, wait for earth to form and life to evolve, grow and harvest the ingredients, etc. You know what I mean.

Try Allrecipes.com. I find the best recipes on there as well as suggetions from people who have already made the dish

I tried it from there, but because I didn't have pie crust, I made that from scratch, too. It turned out to be very dry, and the top layer is really weird. Also, the strawberry filling is more like jam.
