Why do i hate society this much?

I understand where you are coming from. Reading or watching the news you see murders, riots, wars, abuse, etc. Then you go outside and see a lot of people treating each other fairly bad (rudeness, road rage, etc.). It's like the human race never evolved past the dark ages.

Sometimes I let this get to me, but since I'm an introvert and live internally mostly anyway, I make a space in my mind that is peaceful and just let all the crazy stuff happen as an observer.

You have to come to the realization that you can't fix society and that people need to change on their own. Think of yourself as shielded or like you're living on another plane of existence and the things your are experiencing and viewing are something you can't change but just something to observe and learn from.

I know it's weird, but it works for me most of the time. Obviously I'm human and a series of unfortunate events can take their toll and then I start the "this life sucks" dialog in my head until I can calm down and reorient myself. Hope this helps some.

Because you feel hurt. When we feel hurt, it is easy to turn it into hate and/or anger... they are easier to feel than the hurt is. Downside is that the hate will turn inward and you will become self hating... and hate fixes nothing. mx:))

Well, society does sort of suck. We need to try to change it.
