Did your family broke you? were you able to fix yourself? or you keep trying to fix yourself? or its beyond repair?

Let's make something very clear: nobody broke me, nobody damaged me either. Those were just feelings I had at very tough moments in my life. Whatever I was or am dealing with, I am capable of healing myself. I don't see my life as unfixable or without hope. I breathe life back into myself where others tried to take it away. I am stronger than my worse pain. I know the steps I need to heal, and I know I can also help others heal but in ways that heal them.
