The guy may have been of Nigerian descent but was a born and bred Londoner which makes his comments about what was happening in his homeland totally non-sensical. He had also apparently only recently converted to Islam.
Oh and by the way comments by the PM don't prejudice a subsequent court case. He just won't say anything without being certain because if he says something that turns out to be wrong the press will rip him apart.

i have seen it before, guilty people being let off a crime on a technicality, totally agree with you on the press bit, he has caused enough problems in England with his polices, one more slip up and i think they will hang him.

They usually get off because of procedural cock ups by the police and prosecutors rather than something someone said in a public forum.

not quite in context with what we are discussing, a teacher was let of off being sacked because a woman i know bitched over facebook about what she did, nowadays the law is so messed up.
