do we speak to ourselves inside us?

Most of us do,I speak aloud as well and that does not mean I am out of my mind ( another one of society preconceived notion)

we can only speak aloud ,we recollect in silence with the sound of the idea of our voice in mind

We do have inner dialogues with ourselves if that is what you mean.

I would imaging our very thought processes are our way of talking to ourselves

yes I get a better conversation out of myself :L
