I tend to be outside, and be free of mental 'noise' if I can. If I am very, very sad I will cry for a good while, and it does feel like a release in a way. I find it will lift if I think of the positive things in my life or the world, and often a quiet place can help me clear my mind.

like right now? well, I just have to deal with it the best I can. I even went to church and didn't feel any warmth or caring there. The point is, I"m never going to be accepted socially anywhere, so whatever I need, I'm going to have to give it to myself.

I try to be by myself so people wont see me cry.
