Yes, that's actually the same concept of terrorism, if the countries treated them right and gave them their rights all the way from the start they'd never rebel violently against their nations. so the answer is yes but it depends on the individual.

so many abusers report that they have been abused but not all abused people become abusers. The circle of abuse can be broken. A person can say no. Others can help too.
