My stupid brother -_-*

So, my brother is really mean to me he says I'm annoying and stupid. I really hate it, he whispers under his breath. Also he is really pessimistic and doesn't have a lot of friends and he's homeschooled :T Sorry but he's really really rude. He stresses out my dad because he starts arguments and fights with me.

If he's your younger brother, you technically have the birth right to keep him in line and whoop him if your parents won't do their job. If he's older, you have every right to defend yourself.
