Is your grandma aware that you can go next door and call CPS? I mean, I wouldn't tell her that, because she'd probably beat you, but you can. That's not an entirely good thing for you either, though. You'd end up in a foster home. Which may be great, but probably not. So figure that out. Might be better to just follow grandma's rules in her house. If it's not too unreasonable, of course.
