physical exercise, (scientifically proven every time it will boost the good chemicals in your brain and make them so you dont feel sad) laughter (gives joy and also releases good chemicals) sunlight on your skin (releases the same good chemicals and warms you) basically what im saying is take a walk outside, even if it is sorta cold. it will get you thinking, and good chemicals releasing and you will get into a logical state of mind again, trust me, being outside in nature and physical activity are the simplest yet biggest things that will aid in happiness. its all scientifically proven to. in an age where we are lazy and dont hardly ever move because we feel like crap, well the reason we feel like crap is because we are not moving. it'll be hard at first but will greatly aid in your happiness level
