How would EP know that?

By checking IP addresses which they hold anyway

So all users of HughesNet go through their server and share floating IP addresses. Should HughesNet users only be allowed 1 EP account collectively?

So if two people share a computer, roommates or a family, should they each be prohibited from having an EP account?

What about someone who uses several computers at his neighborhood library, his office, and a motel. Can he have an EP account?

Their working on it DozerDan where a state I D Number would be required for those in the U S A even to be able to open an account , Other options would be by a confirmed Phone number via text confirmation , The data would remain confidential .

then only one person per household might be allowed.. or if you tried make an account and someone at your home had a secret one... you then know ....

I'm sure the government (Obama) wants us all to have a government issued ID Chip implanted in our body. Many Americans don't want that. And as for "confidential" have you seen the news this morning. Another "hacked" data base lost 3 million personal files.

Fair comment but how could two or more people be logged on from the same IP address simultaneously?
