What is the best way of transitioning for MtF?

I need to know if I should get my SRS first, or to transition with HRT first developing my upper body, voice, and body then get my SRS after. Also include the chance that if I do transition with HRT first I may not be able to get my SRS.

Go to a doctor, there's specialists for gender and identity issues that can help.

From what I hear at least in the USA the SRS is the last thing you do. You won't even be considered for it unless you've lived for a while as a woman.
