im sorry i dont have much helpful info, i just wanted to pop in with some positivity since it seems like ppl are giving you a hard time over this. i saw something once about how pairing a standard push up bra and padding insoles from marshals did a pretty good job. i dont know if that helps

Go to Truecare.com. The ting you need to know is what cup size you want to be, like A,B,C,D,. Thats all you need to know to buy them.
