Am I a bad person?
I just found out today a guy from my school who made my life hell in and out of school, was killed he was only 16 and I felt nothing when I was given the news cause I really feel guilty asf

Really, what you feel is natural. If you said you were sorry, you'd be a hypocrite. When the mean old man across the street from my parents house, had a heart attack, fell off his roof, and died; my mother was shocked when I said it couldn't have happened to a more deserving guy. I told her he was always nasty and I hated him in life, I'm not going to start liking him now he's dead.

the thing its like everyone i know in school is saying oh aww I feel so bad and aw this and that even when he ruined their life as well but now they act like they liked him Its like my whole year vs me

Sounds like they are hypocrites. M granddaughter had a boyfriend who committed suicide. All the bullies who had made his life hell for years, went to his funeral. Held a memorial. Got their pictures in the papers as good friends of his. They pretended that his death had nothing to do with the pain they had inflicted on him for years. THEY are the bad ones. Instead they said my granddaughter was at fault ( he had known her for only a few months but when he died it was his fourth attempt in six years) she was beaten and bullied by those people so badly, she dropped out of school and is now reclusive and timid. Bullies are the worst.

There was a bully that lived on my block that tormented everyone in the neighborhood. He died and no one cared, so I know exactly how you feel, only I'm not guilty about it. There's nothing that says you have to care about people who were horrible to you.
