Yes. And my laptop stopped working. So I had to call hp and send my laptop back so they could fix it. Been out of a laptop for over a month. Should be fixed in 2 weeks

That's a good song. But if I was you I would not download Windows 10 or just wait a while. When I called about the problem they said there are still some bugs that need to be worked out.
