What are you proud of and what are you ashamed of?

I killed a policeman stole his helmet went to the toilet in his helmet sent it to his grieving widow .... And then stole it again

And I'm ashamed that I gave money to band aid back I the 80s

I go back and forth. First I'm proud to be ashamed and then I'm ashamed of being proud of being ashamed of being proud.

I'm proud of nothing and I'm ashamed of the fact that I have nothing to be proud of.
