I changed my age to 18-21 on accident... Now, I can't change it back to 13-15.

Whenever I do, it says "can't change your age at this time." I've tried it multiple times, yet still no sucess. Please help, I have stories that I don't want an older friend of mine to see.

go to the "edit profile" under your avi. Then click on account settings. There you will have the option to change your age, and thank you for your honesty! It's under "basic Information"

That's what I tried... It keeps saying it cannot change it at this time which means they probably won't ever. Is there another way I can do this.. Or even contact EP?

contact EP support- bottom right of your profile page.

You cannot go down in age, you can only go up. You will have to have an Admin change your age.

You will need to send an email to support@experienceproject.com. They are the only ones who can change it back. That is a safety issue to keep the perverts from contacting children. Next time, just stay your age.

Yes it works. I contact support all the time about things and it might take them some time depending on what it is that I am requesting but they do get things done. You can also send a message to any of the EPAdminis on the site, Like EPArsineh. It is best to go through the support link. Look at the bottom of the homepage for the appropriate email address to send your request.

Upper right, the little rectangle with your name in it,
click on My profile,
then choose Edit Profile,
It's a drop-down near the top.
