what does it sound like to stab yrself in the head?

I suppose that would depend where you stabbed. In the temple may sound a lot like the pop when you pierce the thin rib cage or a bird on your dinner plate. Thicker parts of the skull would sound different, but I imagine one's ears would almost shut down and provide that super muted reality that is experienced during extreme pain.
