Well a lot of businesses have to continually go to the bank to get change and that is an added cost. So if people have the correct change they save them the added hassle of making that trip.

Well I already know that it annoys you, but I don't care. My desire to not carry around 50 pounds in change means more to me then your impatience. I don't roll my eyes when it takes you five minutes to give me 3 quarters, a dime, a nickel and four pennies.
