What does this mean, and will this come to pass?

So i had a day dream that I finally met the man who was right for me (or so i thought). we dated for a year or two, and then i decided for him to meet my family; So we had dinner and apparently he and my sister started to get too well acquainted. All of a sudden my boyfriend cheated on me with my sister and now he wants to date and marry her. when i find out i move to the far west side of the U.S. and i cry and i can barely eat or sleep. i feel torn and i can't ever trust a guy again. the day dream ends there. What does this mean? Will this really happen to me or is this my anxiety kicking in from me continuously getting dumped and passed over for someone else? Need positive feedback
