Does anyone else here have to deal with PNC Bank?
They bought my mortgage and equity line years ago and have been nothing but a pain in the buttocks sice.

Can't you refinance from some other bank at an lower rate?? You might just pay pre-payment penalty and get the fuck out of their hook.
