Likely to be both actually. Many are confident, yet are truly lacking in character and wisdom. Also it's the same with confused as others do not have the confidence to believe in what they should or could.

My statement should be taken in general, only to those youth you are saying may be confused or confident. Saying them vision less will be wrong so better confused, "they" have this attitude of let it be, it's ok, chill... Don't worry. I know hope is a good thing, but for that practical ability is necessary and thus a clear vision. (did I confused you) :-P ;-)

no, not all of you. There are so many youth with great attitudes. teens that behaves like normal people. Sane, pleasant and nice to be have around..
