My best friend died in my dream.. What does it mean?

I felt really shocked. and i regret that i didnt had a chance to talk to her before she died. i think was about to cry but i didn't. i just kept saying "why so sudden?" ( we havent seen each other for nine months). I was planning to make a surprise visit to her in real life and was really excited . She died because of bone damage. (she has a bit of scoliosis in real life).Natural death. Then in my dream, i said to my self that "please, show yourself to me, i want to talk to you" . Then an old lady came,and said that "do you really want to see her?. i said "yes" then as i was looking in a blurry mirror, my friend appeared behind me and started crying. When i looked behind me, she wasnt there. then i looked again in the mirror , she still behind me. As she was crying ,she held me a paper then she said"sign this! please hurry!" i dont really know what it is for .then the old woman beside her tried to stop me. "No, you cant!" But as my friend's orders i moved away to the old lady chasing me . then my friend said "hurry then she became unconscious after i signed the paper. She fell then i catched her with my arms, she was a bit taller and thinner. she looked really ill. when she grabbed my shoulders,and i grabbed her back, then i felt showy bones in her back. i whispered to her and said "you know what. you are more cute when you were chubbier." Then , she said .. really ?? then she looked alive and together we walked in a street, as we walked . i heard a car crash. i thought she was hit but it was another person. the person was paralyzed with blood on its neck,, she was also holding a white squash and a the people looked whats inside it, its a baby, crying.... I really thought the dream was real, then as i woke up, i panicked.
