Looking back, it's hard to believe that one would willing jump into such a deep, dark hole and ignore the infinite amount of examples from those who've made the same leap before. Seems pretty clear that you'll either hit the bottom and die or hit the bottom, break every single bone in your body and then try to climb back out; barely clinging to life while holding on.
