Does anyone think celebrities look better after plastic surgery?
Some look so much worse that I wonder how anyone would want to have it done.

Very, very rarely. About the only one who had a plastic surgeon who knew when to stop was Julie Christie. He did just enough to slow down aging and not have her look terminally surprised.
