example.. like I have 5 things to do right now.that way..I accidentally say it just out of habit sometimes..or to make a sentence more interesting I guess ..never thought into it

Crutch words (that is what they are called) are almost as bad as swear words. it is best to avoid them, or use them VERY sparingly if you must.
