It's a style of therapy that's focused on examining and transforming the stories we all tell ourselves - about who we are, what our lives are really like, and about what we're capable of. I love this question, because it takes stories like "I can't do this/that/whatever because of reasons" and gets people to step around those reasons and really examine all the good things that they're missing out on because of that story.
