Soda....... Can, Glass Bottle, Plastic Bottle or Fountain...... Which is your preference?

I myself prefer soda in a glass bottle, but they can be hard to find and cost a little more. So if I can't have soda in a glass bottle I choose a can and those fountain drinks can be very syrupy.

I prefer glass but they aren't easy to find, The 2 liter plastic bottles seem to go flat as soon as you open them, I usually buy soda in cans

I know, the 2 litters seem to have the least flavor of them all and you have to drink them the same day or there gonna go flat, even in the fridge.

Here's how weird I am, I do NOT like coke unless it's in a glass bottle. I go to Atlanta every year for conference and I always go to the coke museum just for that coke in a glass bottle lol

Sounds like something i would do. I go out of my way for certain things that I don't always get to enjoy.

I have heard these is less bacteria able to develop in glass over plastic n cans I am not sure about with aluminium ??? maybe cancerous... I do love just plain soda water...with a big of bubble in it

Those bacteria are probably what give it that odd taste.

yeah glass bottles all the way, you always get that perfectly crisp sweet flavor you can't really get from the other options

i like glass or plastic bottles no cans. always cold.
Fountain is good if its is mixed right no ice and cold. ; )

That's what I like about the cans it tasts colder. I too ask for no ice, but only during the winter time.

I just dont like mine to get watered down when the ice melts. and i like the carbonation its a scientific fact pouring soda over ice kills the carbonation.

You're right, soda is just sweet water without the carbination.

I love soda out of glass but love the ones that they mix with syrup the best , I'm not sure if that's what you call fountain soda .

Yes, fountain soda is mostly syrup and it's can be a little too sweet for my taste.

Well, you got your Quick Trips, 7 Elevens, gas stations and fast food joints but I'm sure thier fountain drinks are nothing like they were back in the day at the old "Soda Fountains" in the old drug stores.

The drug store soda fountains - that's what I'm talking about !! That was the GOOD stuff...not like the crap they sell today...

Glass bottle are my choice, cans is next for I hate plastic. Plastic changes the flavor of soda all together. I hate plastic like I hate reality shows.

A little sweet for my taste but the Sonic Limeade's are the best when it comes to fountain.
