If a cult, religion, the Illuminati, Free Masons or any other secret society had the cure for your disease would u join?

I would never enslave myself for health I would never pick safety over liberty.To be bound by a cult or religion would be slavery just not usually the perception to be as radical as christianity.The Illuminati and other secret groups the builderberg group CFR and others are pure evil and I would rather die then sell out every man woman and child on this planet then save myself and fall victim to the human condition and the evils of such groups.
