I honestly don't know.
I'm thinking that I myself wouldn't- but I have a slow metabolism and would probably be able to do without food quite a while. But if my son or someone else were starving, I have to wonder if I wouldn't. For one thing, my son wouldn't realize what he was eating. I'm not sure what I'd do in that sort of horrible situation. I know I'd try digging for worms or anything else before I'd go for a person sandwich.
