Take lots of walks and other forms of enjoyable exercise. Try to eat locally grown fresh produce. Avoid processed foods with high concentrates of salt and chemical preservatives and calories but LOW in nutritional value. Just as important.... try to be happy!! Stress seems to up a persons tendency to gain weight!!
Then ya won't be a part of that "prediction" and THAT can make it TOTALLY incorrect! :)
