Apparently he takes his job more seriously and believes it more important the paying homage to a right wing ideologue. Unlike the conservatives he realizes 1959 ended a long time ago.

Yes, of course, it's so much more important to pay homage to left wing communist tyrants who have killed and imprisoned hundreds of thousands. But like I said, if it was my family member I would refuse him entrance. I'm sure they won't miss him. No one in their right mind would.

Or perhaps behave like a rational human being and put an end to a policy that has been failing over and over and over for half a century. I find it funny how so many Americans who probably have never set foot in Cuba cry about the overthrow of what was basically a country run by the Cosa Nostra till 1959.

Funny I don't recall any constitution requiring anyone to attend funerals or prevent the president of the US from conducting foreign police. Perhaps you need to read it.

"Funny I don't recall any constitution requiring anyone to attend funerals" There is such a thing as custom which through the decades has been valued by Democrats and Republicans alike. His boycotting a Supreme Court justice's funeral is unprecedented. It shows once again he is a small man, a creature of hate. It's weird for you to bring up the Constitution since he's the biggest enemy it's ever had in the White House.
Obama is an ideologue to the point of INSANITY. Paris massacre, and what he wants to talk about is "climate change." It doesn't matter in the slightest to him that contrary to the sacred climate models' predictions, temperatures have been flat this century. "ISIS and al-Qaida have nothing to do with Islam" when in fact the leaders of those groups don't care about anything except the advance of Islam. Excessive regulation is harming business; America is suffering an unprecedented weak recovery; and he bellows in his wretched demagoguery that anybody who is concerned about that wants dirty air and water and spoiled food. The man's mind is not open even the tiniest crack. I didn't say this in 2009, but I say now he is vile.
