Does Obama think the Russians and Chinese are worried about HIM?

He mocked the Republican candidates questioning whether they would provoke the Russians and Chinese to worry. Good grief! The Russians and Chinese are right now having a party while Obama purports to "lead" the USA.

I wouldn't say they're having a party. The Russian economy is still in the dumps, and China had a pretty big shock a few months ago too. They're not so stupid that they think they can rest easy just because of who the US president happens to be.
