Are you surprised Andrew Harrison would call Frank Kaminsky "that n*gga"?

I haven't ever heard of a black guy calling a white guy a "n*gga" before.

Not terribly surprised. It's kind of like the guy has a licence to be racist because he has black skin.
Yesterday I had a conversation with a black woman who suggested that black people can't be racist because they didn't invent it... Well, if you think about it, neither did any other living person today. :/
I completely agree that black people can be racist and when they expect white police officers and civilians to let themselves be murdered by violent black men, that's racism. However this usage of the "n" word seems related to the way black American use it among themselves rather than a powerful epithet. The more objectionable part of it is that he cursed him saying "F*ck that.."

I don't know who those people are, but the "n" word is a lot like the "f" word in that it is extremely versatile. The meaning is all in the context.
Intelligently, my sister, it's so good to hear from you again. Those people are Final Four basketball players. If you look at my responses here you'll see I basically understood your point on the "n" word. As for the "f" word, it is somewhat versatile. I don't know really know how a married couple who are gung ho for each other can avoid using it in a positive sense. I get really tired of people for whom the "f" word is their favorite noun, verb, adjective, adverb, interjection, and conjunction. They make themselves look stupid as well as coarse. When somebody says "F*** [so-and-so]" they are cursing that person; it's not nice at all. Like other profane words the reason that the "f" word is properly proscribed is not because of its sexual usage but because of its inflammatory anger usage, which is what Harrison did here.

I have. They used to call Irish Immigrants, "n---er" when they first came over as well.
