Where can a girl with big hips and a small waist find cute shorts, capris and skirts?

I'm very thin though my waist (22") but have very large hips and a big butt and thighs (very 40"+) and can't really find anything to wear. I've been wearing alot of skirts, but they have way too much fabric around my waist and aren't exactly attractive. I DON'T want to wear yoga pants. Any ideas???

You have two choices. Either you go naked, which may be quite exciting unless «big butt» means you're grossly obese...or you find someone to help you design clothes made for you. Start with something like «Additionelles» shops or similar shops made for large women. You have a big butt. A lot of men will like it. Try to make it...obvious enough for them to notice, so your clothing should probably enhance your most beautiful assets.
