Where can a girl with big hips and a small waist find cute shorts, capris and skirts?

I'm very thin though my waist (22") but have very large hips and a big butt and thighs (very 40"+) and can't really find anything to wear. I've been wearing alot of skirts, but they have way too much fabric around my waist and aren't exactly attractive. I DON'T want to wear yoga pants. Any ideas???

Wow and I thought I had it rough, with a 29 waist and 42 hips!!! Us hippy girls need to stick together!!! I wear low cut pants and tops with bold prints to get balance, dresses are impossible because to fit the bottom the top is huge!!! Good luck, if you find a good brand let a girl know!!!
