A cop's notice

Caution: unarmed black people roam the landscape late at night. They are incredibly dangerous people wielding a powerful weapon referred to as a voice, sometimes paired up with the much more fatal outspoken opinion. Some of them carry an even heavier weapon known as civilized human decency, and constructively humble humanistic ideals. Find and neutralize them accordingly.
