Awwwww girl no. You CAN look cute. If you lived near me I would be like come over to my house because we are going to try on cute outfits, and do the hair and the make ups til our arms fall off.
But to answer your question, yes. xD Sometimes I do want to dress girly and cutesy. I'm mostly a tomboy with a nerdy hipster-ish look I guess, but girly clothes are fun sometimes.

It wooooould. We would listen to music, and dance around, being silly. And be all, 'oh this color goes great with your eyes. Omg your hair is so soft. I have to play with it. Let me do your nails! etc." xD
