Why does my heart throb, ache, pound every time I inhale and exhale?

It could be stress related or something less serious, but it is always better to go to a doctor. I had chest pain for months, and then one night had it ten times worse in waves for over an hour. I was taken to ER by my friends, and everything seemed normal except soreness when a place was poked, was referred to cardiologist, and had test to check for pericarditis. I got those results so went to another doctor, and now I am not allowed to have caffeine or what not because it caused heart complications and chest pain. . .seeing if not having it is actually the cause, but YOU could have something more serious, so please go to a doctor asap!

I'm fine. I don't drink caffeine. It's most likely stress induced. I've been stressed lately.

It would still be wise to just talk to a nurse or something. And haha I don't drink coffee or other stuff like soda either, but I am now also not allowed to have anything with chocolate or other stuff that has caffeine, so you don't have to just drink it. And maybe it is just stressed related, but it is best to get it check out, to get a professional medical opinion. Even if it is stress and you go to get it checked they can give you tips on how to make it affect your heart less.
