Why can't I shake this never-ending self pity, and loneliness?

Multitude
It's because you need help that nobody can give you. You need to let go. Stop concerning yourself with all your problems. Stop thinking about all your successes. Stop thinking about all your goals. Stop thinking about yourself, and start thinking about others. Invest your time into the people around you. Make them happy. Be interested in them.

Do this truly for a week, and your life will change forever.

I appreciate your tips, but there are a few flaws...
1. I have nothing to let go
2. I don't give a damn about what I've accomplished in life, infact I can't list one.
3. I have no goals
4. I only help others, that's probably why I'm so unhealthy. I don't give a shit about myself, or my health.

My life has not changed forever.

You can only help yourself

I agree, which is why I don't know why I haven't already solved my never ending feeling of loneliness and self pity.

My advice would be to give it a while. You're still young and later on it might not seem as big of a deal as it is right now. I had the same problem and eventually I gained some perspective and realized that things could be a lot worse. That's not to say this isn't a reason to be upset, just try not to let those feelings push you over the edge, so to speak.

Give what a while? I've had this bullshit self pity and loneliness my entire life. There's nothing that's happened in my life recently to provoke these feelings. As you get older, you know how to deal with problems better. There isn't a problem to deal with, so how the hell do you learn to deal with it?

I've had the same problem for my entire life as well and I still do, but to a lesser extent. Like I said, after a while, it might not seem like such a big deal to you. I didn't say those feelings would definitely go away. If you read the part where I explained that having perspective would help it not seem so bad, then taking that advice could help. Again, I'm not saying that's the end all solution to your problem, just that it helped me. When you're younger your problems tend to seem like they're a bigger deal than they actually are. I find it strange that there's apparently nothing that happened to provoke said feelings, but that's really none of my business.
