n times i visited a place , still i don't remember the route .Txs to Google maps

My dad has memorised a good chunk of London and knows so many shortcuts. This was when there was maps but often just remembering was a lot better.

It's something I think about a lot; our growing dependency on something we perhaps should use but not depend on.
