How do you react , when your boss says that you are perfect at work ?

I'll just smile and say "Thank you, Sir." But at the same time I will never forget that everyone at work whom their boss tells them they're an excellent employer, we're all 'numbers'. When the company experiences financial issues, then no-one will be indispensable. So to hear from a boss an employer is 'perfect' will always be like blabla to me. I'll keep doing my job well and show my effort, but I'll never forget we're all 'numbers' at work, no matter how perfect we do our job.
