Is Satanism a Pagan religion?

I'm not talking about LaVayen Satanism, I'm talking about where someone actually worships Satan.Now, I'm an atheist, and I don't believe in any of this, but I'm just curious to know considering that the Satanist logo is the pentagram, which oddly enough is the same logo that Wicca has as well, and Wicca is a Pagan religion.

True satanism requires a belief in the biblical god, at least by extension, right? So how can it be paganism?
