Do you know anyone who fake a serious illness just to get an attention?
I've known someone who fake that she has cancer. She used the money/fund that was raised for her to have a plastic surgery. This is one of the worst type of people.

Why not just tell the truth that you a need some thing, right? Why do they have to go all grand faking an illness and stuff... sigh

Because he was a homeless illegal immigrant in Hong Kong and he could only get welfare by pretending he had multiple sclerosis and couldn't work.
