Do you always want the movies that you watch to have happy endings?
I sometimes like a realistic ending. I get tired of watching movies with predictable endings.

That's called real life. People go to movies because it's not like real life.

They also go for entertainment. Sometimes you want to see something different. Happy endings happen in real life too.

True but the happy endings are like fantasies and that's what a lot of people want to see. Just like imagining winning the Powerball.
