How do you decrease a fear of being in love?
I was terrified to fall in love. I am now in love with an amazing guy. I am still terrified. I know he loves me back and I can tell it's genuine. Why am I still afraid?

because extending you love it the most dangerous emotional risk one can make. It opens your heart and mind to connect with another, you are afraid because if your love is compromised it can be devastating. Allowing another into your heart is always a risk but the connect you can create is worth it
