can you post gifts and gestures on friends whiteboards at the moment??

I've not been able to for a few days now...I messaged ep support...and they said that it was only a temporary glitch...and its all fixed now...But I still can't post any gestures...or gifts...I'm using the mobile site, via internet explorer...on my phone...And yes...ive cleaned cookies and stuffs from my phone....
