Is there any way to get a BlackBerry Bold 9930 from Verizon without a contract?

I know I will probably get a lot of, "Don't do it, don't go Verizon, it's the worst phone company and it's so expensive" but my options for phone carriers are very limited because of where I live now. I'm out in the middle of nowhere. My only options for carriers here is att&t and Verizon. Unless, of course, I'd rather stick with my crappy TracFone like many people in this town have to if they can't afford att&t or Verizon. A lot of people around here complain about att&t anyway, claiming that while it does have coverage here, it's not exactly really good. Verizon has better coverage. I compared the two maps and I noticed that it does. So if I want good coverage, I have to go Verizon unfortunately, but I don't want it with a contract. Verizon has way too many hidden fees that I last heard they were under investigation for. Is there a way to get a phone without one? Even if you have to pay an obscene amount of money for a Blackberry Bold 9930 without one?

Going through verizon good luck with that. They have a phone through straight talk that is a blackberry that doesn't require a contract.
