Does anyone know the difference between no and know and understand that noe means neither? Know what I mean?

No means no as in the opposite of yes. Noe, doesn't exist, at least I can't find it unless you mean "Noah", that sometimes is spelled as "Noe". Neither means nor this nor that. Hope everybody now knows ;-)
