Why is my face (tempature wise lol) exesivly hot?

i over all am a bit warm but my face the last few days has been burning up and like only it. the rest of me may be cold but then just my face is really hot. its very irritating, and it gets worse when i cough or sneeze. any ideas of what this could be?
